Welcome Home, Jonny!!

Jonathan made it home safe & sound last night. He is happy to be home for a few days, but still has to have blood transfusions at Mercy Medical while he awaits the results of his siblings blood tests to see which one will be the donor. If you would like to visit him please ask him or his mother first to make sure he is feeling ok. Also DO NOT bring anything but yourself. Absolutely NO food or plants/flowers of any kind, as his immune system is very weak and he cannot risk catching even a common cold.

As soon as the donor is found then he will be headed back to UCSF for 3 months or more. Also he will be not be able to work for over a year so your donations are greatly appreciated for the trip expenses & his bills.
We appreciate all the Prayers, Love & Support!!
Sincerely, Katie Peterson (sister-in-law)

  4. It sure was good to see Jon come home! I think he is realizing how much he is loved by his church family! It may be hard seeing him go through this, but I truly believe God has a plan in all of this.
When I sang "My God Can Do Anything" last night, I just kept thinking of how God healed my mom of cancer...He did that, He can heal you too! :)
    Hang in there Jonny!

    1. Yes, we are waiting for that miracle. God can do anything. He is our life and breath. In all of this, like a pastor says, if you are going through a trial, keep going. God will see you through the other side and you will look back and see God's hand in all of this. What a loving and merciful God we have.
